Option 1: without carpet cleaning or Option 2: with carpet cleaning.

The following is included in the price:

- Washrooms

- Kitchens

- Inside all appliances

- Walls and doors

- Light fixtures

- Interior of windows and blinds

- Exterior of Patio/Glass Doors (Weather Permitting)

- Vacuuming

- Carpet Cleaning (option 2 only)

Optional Services:

- Exterior Window Cleaning (Ground Floor Only)

Possible Additional Fees:

- There will be an additional charge for removal and disposal of construction debris/garbage left behind.

Please note that there is a minimum charge of $250.
